Directions
1.Assume a comfortable position.
2.Spread the ointment evenly onto the patch, then apply the patch to the corresponding acupoints.
3.Ignite the moxa stick and perform moxibustion above the patch.
4.Stop when the skin feels warm and comfortable.
5.Extinguish the moxa stick completely after use.
Precautions
1.Do not drink cold water or consume cold food after moxibustion and throughout the entire conditioning course.
2.Avoid washing hands with cold water within 30 minutes after moxibustion; do not take a bath, drink cold beverages or eat fruits within 2 hours.
3.Avoid receiving moxibustion when overly hungry or overly full.
4.No moxibustion after drinking alcohol.
5.Moxibustion is not recommended for women during menstruation or pregnancy.
6.Moxibustion is not suitable for those with severe hypertension or coronary heart disease.
